I've always found it difficult to express myself in fully with the words and concepts that I had. I can not easily write my feelings, senses and experiences as well, they are unique and precious as we all are. That's why I really appreciate the works that poets and writers are done by no matter the circumstances are, they put themselves openly whatever inspires them around and reading their works are inspring for the others........ This openness, is a real gift for the others then.. How I come up with coaching practices is an entire journey that I've gone through, I feel myself at the beginning of another long journey now and serving as a coach to others will be a milestone in my life, this is not the only profession that I would like to carry on after all. After having had a career life over 15 years in different entities and a family life with two kids over 10 years, I realized that all of those things shaped me to be my true self, and to claim for the life that I really would like to have... Autonomy, Honesty, Peace, Meaning and Connection are my needs that are come up from my values as trust, integrity, choice, independence, space, contribution, self expression, growth, beauty, harmony, authenticity and respect. Although those needs and values seem valid for today I can not guarantee them for a lifelong. Like a waterfall, I choose to flow naturally, be able to celebrate whatever and whoever comes up on my way. I’ll listen to you with no prejudice, I’ll listen to your words carefully, So you’ll seem to make all of the efforts by speaking, do not ask me questions, I do not know the answers but I listen to you deeply sure you know the answers better than me, I’ll just help you to hear or to see them, sometimes we’ll be very slow, sometimes we’ll be in hurry. I’m sure we will flow naturally and this flow will lead you the way that you need to go through.

Who I Am?
I'm 40 years old and my original roots are from Turkey, I have never been greedy in my entire life instead I wanted what I want with all my heart and it has always been given, I'm really gratefull to this. I've been brought up by my own parents, who are still alive and trying to support me with all their hearts, which I also find it now as a fortune. My intelligence mainly resides in emotional parts of life; very sensitive,open to the others' feelings/beings that can easily melt my personality down if I'm not conscious about it. I'm married with a man who is twentytwo years older than me and his presence in my life taught me the commitment and choice which are both important values of mine...My eleven years old son was the one who urged me all the way up here because having him aside gave me the courage of searching more, and never giving up, my little daughter who is four years now is the whole juicy part of my life, reminding me I'm a woman more than anything..
I started schooling when I was 3-4 years old which wasn't a common thing at my time especially when you're with a homemaker mum. I never stopped or take a time-out during my educational and career life, it's gone very quickly and I usually found myself trying to catch the next bus......... Now,I see that each bus served me to the other because that was my path to carry on..So I can tell that most of my life I was content and fullfilled inspite of all the bad or good circumstances that have been perceived so by others...
I'm graduated from the Educational Faculty, English Department and I also hold a masters degree in Human Resources Management and Development both are mainly from Turkish Universities.. I've been in London and Frankfurt each a year long for studying purposes and I've recently moved to Vancouver to find the right school environment for my son since he had also been a very sensitive guy. I worked a bunch of different industries and sectors; Hotel Business as Receptionist/Cashier, AGM Assistant, Computer and Electronics Business as Junior Accountant, Marketing Associate, The Banks Association as Training and Promotion Specialist, in different Insurance, Bank and Securities firms as Training and HR Manager, in Services Industry as HR Director, in Consulting Services as Coordinator, Consultant and Project Director, these mainly took part between 1989 - 2007 and now here I am...I finished Coaching Training Institution's Co-active Coaching modules in 2006 and I have gone through the certification process in 2008, now I'm a certified co-active coach from CTI which is an acredited institution by International Coaching Federation. I am also studying NVC and trying to bring it into my everyday life...

The Code of Conduct 4 Coaching
The Nature and Scope of Coaching is very well defined in International Coaching Federation's official web site, on the other hand I wanted to put it up with my own words....
In coaching, the relationship between the client and the coach is important then the coach, the client and the coaching itself. Because it is this relationship which allows you shine through and let you to expand and maximize yourselves in the process as both parties, which also brings a brand new dimension to the client. It's coming from a very authentic place, because it's just and only YOU... That's why, an alliance is a must at the very beginning of coaching to hold the relationship safe and secure; how/where to meet, how/where to pay, how to give/accept feedback, what are the client and/or coach allowed to do and ask, those things should have been spoken at the very first place so that there should be no uncertainty in minds istead a full presence in he moment and occupation how to reach the intended goal. What I realize is that in coaching client's satisfaction, evolvement or approaching his/her life target is the main fullfillment for the Coach. I would like to have this gift of being in the moment with my client, if you also want to give it a try with a free sample session do not wait just reach me from my e-mail or phone..
