The Nature and Scope of Coaching is very well defined in International Coaching Federation's official web site, on the other hand I wanted to put it up with my own words....
In coaching, the relationship between the client and the coach is important then the coach, the client and the coaching itself. Because it is this relationship which allows you shine through and let you to expand and maximize yourselves in the process as both parties, which also brings a brand new dimension to the client. It's coming from a very authentic place, because it's just and only YOU... That's why, an alliance is a must at the very beginning of coaching to hold the relationship safe and secure; how/where to meet, how/where to pay, how to give/accept feedback, what are the client and/or coach allowed to do and ask, those things should have been spoken at the very first place so that there should be no uncertainty in minds istead a full presence in he moment and occupation how to reach the intended goal. What I realize is that in coaching client's satisfaction, evolvement or approaching his/her life target is the main fullfillment for the Coach.
